Property Helpline was set up by Robert Jardine a Landlord in South London when he recognised that, by combining his appreciation of the challenges facing landlords, with a detailed knowledge of the social housing sector, the relevant legislation and how the various departments within local authorities operate, Property Helpline could offer the “armchair landlord” an extremely attractive guaranteed rental solution while helping local charities and community groups.
